    Without strength, there is no effective body movement. In sports, strength makes a critical difference between two athletes of equal skill. 
  • Speed, Agility, and Quickness (sport speed)
    We use a variety of techniques to improve one's explosiveness, agility, and reaction time. Our program is based on sound principles when training for speed.
  • Energy (sports nutrition)
    Having sound nutritional habits is fuel for your exercising muscles, and also how to rebuild and maintain them.
  • The Coaching Philosophy behind our SSE program This class focuses on building champions by teaching proper technique, character building, discipline, mental toughness, and the attention to detail.
